If you keep clicking the button to generate more passwords because you didn't see one you like, you are making it easier to guess your password - humans are predictable. This is reflected by the decreasing entropy value. To reset the entropy, reload the page.
If you need to generate a lot of passwords at once (for several different users, perhaps), then use the "number of passwords" option to return a large number at once.
